I’m Sarah Mortimer, a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Bristol, specialising in anxiety, stress, and life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based hypnotherapy with compassion-focused techniques, helping you develop the tools to:

I teach all my clients self-hypnosis and other practical techniques to support them beyond our sessions. Sessions are available in person at The Harbourside Practice (Redcliffe) and The Practice Rooms (Queen’s Square), as well as online via Google Meet.
